Just got in thirty minutes ago and watched the 10 on Iplayer. Was worried for Mo with Jelan on his shoulder in the final bend, but I should have known better. Mo is top fighter and in the form of his life. Hopefully he has conserved enough for the 5000.

Yeah, he's looked a bit better since then though. He ran 9.85 last time out which suggests he is capable of sub 9.7 in the final which Gatlin (or anyone else) couldn't match.
It pays athletics no credit if that were to happen here ..... actually it would make the sport more of a laughing stock that it is already with these sprinters.

Quiite literally : you'd wonder if it would be possible for any athlete to run under 9.90 or 9.95 without steroids.
I may drop the IAAF an email ..... bet they've never thought of that.
