Stargate on Freeview/Terrestrial?

Does anyone know who has the rights to the stargate shows on freeview?
Last I knew, Channel 5 were looking at acquiring Atlantis Season 2. I also believe Channel 4 said it was the end of their Sci-Fi on T4 with the season finale of Stargate SG-1.
I would guess C5 could have the rights to show on 5 or the new 5US channel. In this case we could see Atlantis in the Autumn.
My other thought was Sky might have the rights for Sky3 in which case we might not see them until next year.
