NOW TV Recording Possible?

Just set up my new NowTV box and account and found it had a micro sd slot. Put a 32gb card in and when I set the box up it asked me if I wanted to format it which I did. Does this mean I could record to it and if so how?

    Sadly no. That port is just for developers and maintenance.

    I believe that YouTube will cache to the memory card, but it's pretty useless right now.

    If you have Now via laptop pr PC it is possible to download video recording software, some of them are useless - especially the freebies - but I once found a good, solid screen recorder which I lost in a HDD crash :-(

    But there must be some good paid-for video recording software out there? Mind you, I have stuck a HD camera in front of the screen before....:D
