The 'Houston' thing is some of the bits of information you get told if you take the tour of Johnston Space Center... seeing a Saturn 5 up close and visiting the mission control room of the Apollo missions is a thrilling experience

Yes there are only two Saturn V's left. One at Cape Canaveral and the other at the Johnson Space Centre.
I do believe that there may be an extra S-IVB around but I do not know where it is off hand.
