Just wondering if anyone else noticed the Rory and River similarity in this episode? The part where Rory assures his father that "this won't hurt" before he injects him with a painkiller reminded me of what River said to Amy when she did the same thing (albeit it wasn't a painkiller) in The Time of the Angels/Flesh and Stone.
It just made me think that there may be another twist in the whole Pond Family story; as if River learned that phrase from her father as a child (which hasn't so far been possible)...It was certainly a nice little addition to the script, regardless
