The Madonna site Drowned Madonna has an alleged "exclusive" on a new Madonna songs called Joan of Arc.

http://drownedmadonna.com/madonna-jo...album/20140831

After revealing Wash All Over Me, we at DrownedMadonna.com are very excited to disclose the title and details of another song that Madonna recorded for her upcoming album. It’s called Joan of Arc. Take your handkerchief and get ready to cry. This one is for us… her fans!

Joan of Arc is really heartwarming. It is a gorgeous ballad on the guitair in which Madonna shows her fragility.

Actually, it is the most vulnerable Madonna has ever been. She asks fans for strenght.

In Joan of Arc, Madonna‘s vocals are as fabulous as they are in You Must Love Me from Evita.

The track talks about how the world expects her to be a hero. Madonna talks about the press, how bad words put her down… and this breaks her heart.

Madonna needs to be conformed, because she’s “not Joan of Arc.” She calls her fans her soldiers “on which I can depend on.”

I dont wanna talk about it right now / Just hold me while I cry my eyes out / I’m not Joan of Arc, not yet / But I’m in the dark
There is not a final tracklist yet, but we really hope that Joan of Arc will be included. You are going to love it!

Stay tuned…

what are people saying about the leaked 'heartbreak city' and 'two steps behind me' ... i have not heard them ....can't find them anywhere? But they seem to have caused a little controversy?

And was Madonna watching Kate Bush's opening night?

I so hope so
Madonna was rumoured to have been at the Kate Bush gig but although there were pictures in the paper of Marc Almond and a couple of other stars there wasn't a photo of M so it was speculated that it may have just been a rumour.

As for the two new songs, they have caused controversy, Two Steps Behind apparently slams Lady Gaga and the other song slams Guy!
the madonna rumour seems to have been started by danny baker on twitter who said madonna, david bowie, grace jones and bjork were there, but none of them were. david gilmour, lily allen and marc almond were though

i love madonna's vulnerable songs like "live to tell", "bad girl", "you must love me", "you'll see" and "the power of goodbye". it humanises her and people beyond her fan base respond well to her opening up a bit. some of her recent posts suggest that "time" is becoming an issue to her. she just had her birthday and at 56, its no wonder she's feeling a bit subdued.

i hope the gaga/guy rumours are not true, she's already been there and neither of them should inspire her in a negative way any more. on the other hand, maybe she wants to open the flood gates and vent on this new record, creating a very dark record, but it doesn't coincided with her #livingforlove posts. although, it does fit in with her #unapologeticbitch posts. maybe, there will be a mixture of both stances.

madonna will make what record she wants to make ultimately, but already i feel she is more committed to this record and that can only be a good thing.

I don;t think Madonna is ever going to be completely subdued and calm down totally. And I wouldn't want her to. I like that she's passionate and in your face. Although all of her albums even MDNA have slower softer songs.
There are rumours about the Unapologetic Bitch song. Doesn't seem too calm. LOL. Sounds like more venting and getting stuff off her chest! This record definitely seems interesting and very personal!

Madonna has verbally attacked her ex-boyfriend Brahim Zaibat after leaked lyrics from her new track 'Aplogetic B***h' appear to mock the dancer's sexual prowess.

The Holiday hitmaker has already slammed her pop rival Lady Gaga and her ex-husband Guy Ritchie after song lyrics from her upcoming album were leaked last week. Former beau appears to be the latest person to be on the receiving end of some harsh words in her song, Unapologetic B***h.

According to The Sun newspaper, Madonna's new track slams the dancer's sexual prowess as well as mocking his lack of wealth, following their break up in 2013 after three years of dating.

The song contains the lyrics: "I know you'd like it if I stayed home and cried. But that ain't gonna happen, here's the reason why: When we did it, I'll admit it, wasn't satisfied."

Another line boasted: "I'm popping bottles that you can't even afford. I'm throwing parties and you won't get in the door."

The track has a reggae-themed chorus, which Madonna ends with an expletive-filled rant against her former lover, with the line: "You know you never really know how much your bulls**t cost me, but f**k you."

It is thought that Madonna's as-yet-untitled 13th studio album will be released later this year, after a source close to the singer told the publication: "I'm hearing Madonna may well drop the first of the tracks as soon as November, much earlier than expected. I can't wait."

I'm really hoping we get real info soon. I honestly thought we would have had the first single by now!
