Historically has any housemate been so vocal about wanting other HM evicted?

Casually and in open nominations, they say to his face and infront of the others that they don't want him there. Has this ever happened in BB before where a housemate has been so direct and vocal about wanting another out? I can't think of one.
The reason I have issue with it is because it's technically open nominations. It's ok to say you don't like someone but to say you want them out to the whole house repeatedly is being so obvious.I'm suprised BB has let them get away with it time and again- what do you think?

The whole cast of BB6 were also pretty open about how they wanted Science to go in week 8.
I agree btw, saying you want someone out is hinting at who to nominate to other hm's IMO.
