    Two little ducks = 2. knock at the door = 4 Total = 8, am I right?
    Or is it 88?

He knew the name of Gerri Halliwell's daughter ........ yes that makes him Britain's Brightest!!

Get away ......... Kevin Ashman, ex Mastermind champion and Egghead is brighter than him. ;)

That group thing in the shopping mall was daft.

It only worked because that girl was as thick as pigswill.

No way I'd have copied the answer of Vienna being the capital of Germany.. And I'm sure the same could be said of countless examples had they picked someone with just half a brain.

Were the 14 extra seconds really necessary? Andy still had 1:25 left at the end!

Oh and questions and answers are here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p01004k0/profiles/episode6-answers

However, I didn't see this come up:
    10. Which number replaces the ‘?’ in this sum?
    0.5 x ? = 21

As for the questions involving celebs, they can piss off!

Does anybody recall Andy being on another quiz show. From the first show I thought I had seen him before - I'm thinking naybe the lottery list one with Nick Knowles.
I've only seen bits of the show a couple of times. Last week I saw Andy for the first time and felt sure I'd seen him before somewhere. I've googled his name but there's nothing except that he was a contestant on this show (and now winner!).

I have seen a reply to this post saying "read the thread fiirst". Well I apologise because this is the first time I've looked on the DS Forum for Britain's Brightest and there are 19 pages to trawl through so I'd be grateful if someone could help me out. Thanks. :)

I'm glad he won, a deserved winner.

I was glad to see Sam out first. I couldn't stand how cocky he was!
