It was obvious everyone assumed Katie would be nominated (including producers). "The Twist" was there to protect her when she went up on week one. However the fact that she wasn't up resulted in no twist, I mean why mess with the nominations when the 3 up for eviction are all worthy of leaving.
These twists are purely there to manipulate the series if needed... I'm not surprised. Remember, BB producers make it up as they go along.
Then why give her a task with the proviso that she could be up if she fails. Why not wait to see the result of the nominations and decide what to do to fix it for her I mean why on earth sign post such manipulations
I think its as much to do with accident and inefficiency as design.
