V + HD, Sky Sports 1 HD out of sync

My grandmother has a V+HD box and is a subscriber to Sky Sports HD. Whenever I've been around her flat in the last few weeks and put Sky Sports 1 HD on, the picture and sound have been out of sync.

Is there anything that can be done about this? Thanks in advance.

    Been that way for ages. Half the time SS1 HD is unwatchable for me anyway due to pixellating. Virgin don't deem to care.

    Could be her TV. I have never had any sync problems with Virgin.

    I find that unlikely. EVERY other channel is absolutely fine. It could be the box, I guess, or it could be, as the other poster said, that a LOT of customers are having the same problem.
