louis has been a first class mentor
i might even buy the westlife album,
as a thank you to him, should they win
Yeah he has, I did have my doubts about how much attention he gave them, but after last week when he was almost crying and standing up for them against Simon, I have so much respect for him now.

I'd not go that far! I am warming to Mr Walsh every week at the moment. I love his wee squidgy face and the way he is always well turned out unlike Simon and his trendy tshirts!

Hey Mickey
Watched a couple of the ITV2 shows tonight, and i have to say that of all the acts left, they are the only act that comes across as genuine, down to earth, and just happy to be there ..... Eton Road and Ray have both been 'organised' for the show, Leona has a good voice but is dull as dishwater, and Ben is just a male Leona!
Also, it was interesting to hear the expert on body language say how good a job she thought the McD's did on stage ..... interesting, i've always thought they put themselves over well, if a tad shy, compared to some of the OTT performances of others!

I agree. Its been a good week for them on the ITV2 shows and not before time either. I was very happy that Louis seemed really enthusiastic for them tonight and really pleased that Brian is back playing guitar following those awful comments from Simon Cowell a few weeks ago. The boys just seem so ecstatic to be there at this stage of the competition. Must seem that all their christmases have come at once and of course Simon can be Ebeneezer Scrooge.

I've only ever watched the ones on Saturday nights, and i've always felt sorry for the guys as they have practically been ignored for the vast majority of them, but they got a fair crack on the shows i watched tonight, and came across well ..... if they can translate some of this to their performance on Saturday, then it's a lock!
Some nice quips and one liners from the guys too ..... compare that to Ben, who said on hearing one of the McD's speak .... 'let me translate that for you'
Wow Ben, that old chestnut .... you must have been up all night thinking of that one!

That annoyed me as well though Craig took it in good humour.
I hate that patronising shite!! We can speak fine!!
I could understand if the guys spoke like my Falkirk accent but they speak really clearly, and this tired old patter aimed at the Scots is really really boring
I spent about 5 mins trying to understand a chap in Argos in Newcastle at the weekend, we aint the only people in the UK with accents!! Also, i never hear anyone having a go at the scousers!!
oh macdonald's you're so fine,
your so fine, you blow my mind
hey macdonald's
Now that sounds better. Toni Basil should have waited until now and changed the words around a bit before releasing the song. It would have been an even bigger hit.

I wanna sing it out to everybody
What a joy, what a life, what a chance!
That's mine too either Ben or Ray, I don't mind. As long as my boys are all safe tomorrow thats all that matters to me!
I may have cursed them after supporting (Edit) Nikitta and robert.
I am out of touch then. Surely they are not allowing the public to choose?

it would nice if they can win over their detractors
i'm sensing the whole country is warming to them
it's true..the act with the lowest vote will be leaving
don't worry about it..
