The Lime & Coriander Peri Peri marinade is very good. We grill chicken that's been marinaded in it, cut into tiny strips and fill in pitta or naan breads with chopped onion, lettuce, cucumber and a mint yogurt sauce (fresh yogurt with a teaspoon of mint sauce, sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice).

    Delicious.

Stir-fry some veg (peppers, onions, corgette) add tin of tomatoes (or passata), some garlic, basil and oregano {or paprika, cumin and chilli powder if you fancy something more spicy) and simmer together for 10 minutes.

I serve the garlicky version with a little spaghetti and salad and the spicy version with rice and coleslaw.
