Shirts with larger collar but regular body

My hubby has a fat neck - there's no two ways about it.
But his body is a regular size. Is there such a thing as shirts with a larger collar size? If I get him a 17" regular shirt the body of it is so large it looks like a dress.
I googled but most sites seem to be for larger gents who therefore need a larger collar size.

He buys fitted shirts that are tighter in the body. It seems to balance out.
