Is there any woman on Facebook who is not going to the Take that Concert

Offices, cafes, homes. All that females talk about is Take That tickets. Is anyone not going to see that manufactured boy band. Do they need reminding of what they looked like when they were teenagers and ridiculed constantly by most writers and other artistes?

I'm not going and have no interest in Take That.

Although I DID post something on my FB yesterday saying that it feels like ALL my FB friends are going to see them and I'm the only one that isnt.....

I'm not. I didn't even know they had tickets for sale until I read somewhere how quickly they'd sold.

I wouldn't have puchased tickets anyway, though. Not my kind of thing. Even if I like some of Robbie's older songs (his last few albums haven't been to my taste), and if he weren't a married man, I wouldn't kick him out of my bed :o.

On the whole, I'm more of a rock chick. Was gutted when I wasn't able to see Guns N' Roses in Manchester.

Edited to say - I'm pretty sure none of my friends will be showing up at their concerts, either. None of them are into Take That.

Judging from my own facebook contacts, it would appear that it's going to be pretty devoid of females whenever a Take That concert is on.

Take That = boring, pedestrian, middle- of- the- road- soft- pop- muzak.

tbh, if you like that kind of thing you could save yourself a few hundred quid and just pop down to Morrisons where they have them playing on a loop.

If someone gave me a ticket, I still wouldn't go.

Take That for me =:yawn:

Probably 3 good songs in their entire career.

always wondered what type of bloke went to TT concerts. Do you enjoy the music or going with teh flow as it appears to be the done thing now.

even worse is 30 something blokes who go to Girls Aloud concert, wondered about it and was told that they are usually fathers who have taken their daughters to it. They did look bewildered.

As you say,the majority of blokes at TT gigs will probably be husbands/boyfriends/fathers who've been dragged along by their wives/girlfriends/daughters.
