In the US, EE fans will have to pay to see the BBC's longest running soap.
If it was to happen in the UK, would you pay to see Eastenders at the moment? in fact would you pay to see any of the soaps at the moment?
all comments welcome!

Without sounding pedantic we DO pay to watch Eastenders in the UK. Currently £112 a year.
I use to love Eastenders, but I never watch it now.
the same can be said about Sky and other digital TV.
but the question was directed towards the pay-per- view aspect!
If it wasn't 'free' to watch (as in terrestrial TV), would you pay to watch it?
well would you pay to watch Corrie? Emmerdale? The bill?
I wouldn't pay to watch EE, I'd pay them to keep it away
Certainly would pay for Corrie, not sure about Edale (probably not), and don't watch the Bill.
The only soap I would pay to watch would be SUNSET BEACH
