weighed in at 8 stone this morning, and i feel loads better i am in normal weight zone but don't wanna go too low
breakfast weetabix warmed up with soya milk, and juice
got in from work, and had coffee with bit of chocolate and 2 fruit pastilles
dinner..chips, peas and sweetcorn and home made pasty ( yummy ) , and peach yogert
walked back to other work
got in and had 6 ritz crackers with cream cheese on, and half of choc chip cake with caramel yogert warmed up...bit more choccy with coffee
hope everyone ok with their diets ..i love this weather wearing my new clothes ..i have summat different on each day going to work in lol

went back out to finish gaarden and get more sun tanned been drinking loads though ( water, squashes and coffees through the day) snack..was bit of choccie with coffee and 2 fruit pastilles apple ( eating it in the sun, love today ) Tea..3 ritz crackers and left over choc chip cake with half caramel yogert poured over warmed up
drinks now through the evening

ALL 4 topped with Raspberry jam and several slices of Cheddar Cheese
Then I recalled I had a Whole pack of [Aldi's] *Nellie Moser* Dark Chilli Chocolate in the cupboard
had one SLAB ~~~~ of the 5 individually wrapped packs
had 2 more Nectarines = 4 in total
THEN had a big bowl of AllBran milk & A BIG Handgrab of Fruit & Nut Mix
then HAD ~ 10 Handgrabs of DRY Allbran straight out of the bag !!!!!!!!!
till I felt ======= FULL !!!!! ======= SAW THE FULL MOON LAST NIGHT
THE NEXT ONE ON **** BLACK FRIDAY **** Will be in 40 years !!:o!!

yesterday i went to a carboot so had 2 dougnuts the future mother in law bought for me and a burger. This was early in the day. Doughnuts around 9am , burger around 10am.
then at 11.30pm we had a very late tea. A takeaway. I had a medium pizza , 4 garlic bread slices & fries.
Fiance did steal 2.5 piece of my pizza however
Last night ~Sunday~ I also had :-

During this time heard something VERY Heavy tumble down off my roof at the back ~ a roof tile ??
