    weighed in at 8 stone this morning, and i feel loads better :) i am in normal weight zone but don't wanna go too low

    breakfast weetabix warmed up with soya milk, and juice
    got in from work, and had coffee with bit of chocolate and 2 fruit pastilles
    dinner..chips, peas and sweetcorn and home made pasty ( yummy :p) , and peach yogert
    walked back to other work
    got in and had 6 ritz crackers with cream cheese on, and half of choc chip cake with caramel yogert warmed up...bit more choccy with coffee :)

    hope everyone ok with their diets :)..i love this weather wearing my new clothes ..i have summat different on each day going to work in lol

    weighed and am 7 st 13.2 ( so proud of myself haha)

    today i had
    breakfast was weetabix with soya milk warmed up, and juice
    Been in garden cutting grass and sun tanning myself today
    so before i went out i cooked and prepared dinner , lasagne and salad
    dinner..was salad and lasagne
    peach yogert
    bowl of chopped apple, raisins and grapes
    went back out to finish gaarden and get more sun tanned :D
    been drinking loads though ( water, squashes and coffees through the day)
    snack..was bit of choccie with coffee and 2 fruit pastilles
    apple ( eating it in the sun, love today :))
    Tea..3 ritz crackers and left over choc chip cake with half caramel yogert poured over warmed up
    drinks now through the evening :p

    Yesterday Friday ~ OMG ~ I ATE SO MANY UNexpected EXTRA things !!:blush:!!
    Had the Salads with ALL the things I'd mentioned ............. blah blah blah

    Then last night :-
    I was looking in the freezer and saw some BREAD :o
    Ended up having 4 THICK toasted slices of ** Hovis Seed Sensations **
    ALL 4 topped with Raspberry jam and several slices of Cheddar Cheese

    Then I recalled I had a Whole pack of [Aldi's] *Nellie Moser* Dark Chilli Chocolate in the cupboard
    had one SLAB ~~~~ of the 5 individually wrapped packs
    had 2 more Nectarines = 4 in total

    THEN had a big bowl of AllBran milk & A BIG Handgrab of Fruit & Nut Mix
    then HAD ~ 10 Handgrabs of DRY Allbran straight out of the bag !!!!!!!!!
    till I felt ======= FULL !!!!! =======
    SAW THE FULL MOON LAST NIGHT
    THE NEXT ONE ON **** BLACK FRIDAY **** Will be in 40 years !!:o!!

    (((( My Leo )))) Slept on my waist / Right side from 3am onwards till we got up at 7am

    Today - Fabulously SUNNY Saturday - :o UP 4 POUNDS :o - [ ***1* -11lb -4oz ]

    ==========================

    Cut & Removed :kitty: Leo's Buster Collar at 10-30 am :)
    and HE WAS SOOOO PLEASED
    He spent ages sat in the grass and Sunshine - cleaning his wittle White face :kitty: & body
    :kitty:

    Then at 11-30am
    Took Doggies on the field for an hour for a play - in the mega sunshine -
    & all sat in shade for a bit

    Then at 1pm
    I went shopping at Morrison's Got a Week 2 cashback bonus voucher
    and used a £2 OFF Voucher


    5-30pm
    Firstly ................ Had 2 juicy nectarines

    Then Had :-
    2 BIG Corn Slaw Mixed SALADS + s/c


    One with Lots of sliced Carved Ham
    The next Big Salad with :-

    6 Morrison's deliciously & Just sizzled Signature Sausages
    with Houmous and extra sizzled sweet corn
    Have Just eaten :-
    16 Yummy fresh CHERRIES :p

    Later :-
    Will try to just have a few more 600ml mugs of Peppermint tea
    May have 2 crunchy pears if I feel too hungry

    Today I had:

    Breakfast: Cornflakes with 150ml milk, 2 pieces of toast with Flora and raspberry jam, and 150ml orange juice
    Morning snack: 300ml cold milk and an elevenses bar
    Lunch: Peanut butter and jam sandwich with a side salad of mixed beans, sweet potato and cherry tomatoes. Ambrosia rice pudding with strawberry jam pot. Diet Coke
    Afternoon snack: Cup of tea, 300ml cold milk, strawberry crunch Nakd bar and 5 Haribo sweets
    Dinner (pub): Ricotta, spinach and tomato tart with roasted Mediteranean vegetables and baby new potatoes. Honey frozen yoghurt with strawberries. 2x Diet Coke
    Night snack: 300ml cold milk and 3 custard creams

    Still having problems eating despite really trying so have taken to drinking fruit juice and full fat coke.

    Last night - Saturday - I ALSO HAD :-
    A Muller light Vanilla yoghurt [ bought 4 @ 15p each earlier at Morrison's ]

    & Had a New idea :-
    Last night ~ Used a small tin of peas [ bought 10 cans also from Morrison's ]
    Put the can of peas into a bowl
    THEN mixed them with :-
    A dollop of Houmous ~ 1 Tsp Mint Sauce & 2 Cherry Tomatoes White pepper + s/c
    Lastly :-
    2 of the crunchy pears
    Had about 6 x 600ml mugs of peppermint tea throughout the whole day

    Today 15th June 2014 - Cooler air & Overcast Sunday / Father's Day
    & >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> YAY !!!! :) DOWN 2 Pounds = [ ***1*-9 lbs 4oz ]

    This morning :)
    (((( Leo :kitty: )))) < So adorable & back to XXXX Rearing up on hind legs XXXX
    to LOVE & Kiss Charlie's :kitty: face XxX = Kitty Leo's much loved Doggie pal XXX
    So Great to see ♥ Leo ♥ being more his ***Usual Loving & Enthusiastic Self***


    11-45am
    Had a FULL pack of Wild Rocket
    Lots !!!! of strips of carved Ham
    ALL topped with a Yummy Fried Egg [ soft :p ]
    & 3 cherry tomatoes / wedged up
    White pepper and a good swirl of s/c

    Soon I Will make up a BIG BOWL of ****Mega Mixed Slaw SALAD****

    Later will have 4 MORE Large Mixed Slaw Salads / Houmous + s/c:-
    Topped with various things - such as :-
    A WW's ready meal
    More Carved Ham
    Maybe some steamed Chicken
    & one with Ham PEAS and mint sauce

    Will Also eat Fruit & Yoghurt
    2 Crunchy pears
    2 Nectarines
    1 Vanilla Muller Light Yoghurt with 16 Fresh Cherries :p

    Will Drink :-
    About 6 or 8 x 600ml Mugs of >>>>>>>>> Tetley's Peppermint teas
    Which is good because :-
    No need to have any Powdered Milk or sweeteners as I would in all my Assam teas

    Intend to take 2 doggies over on the field for a play for an hour at some stage today
    I May get a Sunday Roast of my friend later ~ If I do ~ I will add parts of it to my Salads

    ive not eaten much today neither, i guess its the sun, maybe too much

    b'fast..bit of weetabix with soya milk warmed up, and juice

    been sitting out in sun all day ( come in now as its cooler :p) plus brother, sister in law and little niece popped down :)

    dinner..3 fish cakes ( grilled), and half a small tin of beans/ sausages, and 7 chips :D

    an apple
    2 fruit pastilles and bit of choc with coffee


    water and coffee ( and squash drinks), through the day..

    tea...4 ritz crackers and rest of half caramel yogert
    got a coffee now

    yesterday i went to a carboot so had 2 dougnuts the future mother in law bought for me and a burger. This was early in the day. Doughnuts around 9am , burger around 10am.

    then at 11.30pm we had a very late tea. A takeaway. I had a medium pizza , 4 garlic bread slices & fries.
    Fiance did steal 2.5 piece of my pizza however :p

    Last night ~Sunday~ I also had :-
    A bowl of AllBran with a **BIG handgrab** of **Fruit N Nut Mix**
    And finished a pack of Carved Ham dunked into Houmous with 3 cherry tomatoes
    Also ate most of the veg on my Sunday Roast off my Friend
    Saved a bowl of the Roasties :p >>>>>>>>>> to eat the next day

    Had ((((Leo:kitty:)))) snuggles till we all got up at 6-30am + kitties enjoyed their pink Salmon
    Then took Doggies :kitty::kitty: over onto the field for a play for 1 Hour 9am - 10am


    10-15am
    Had a FULL bag of wild Rocket topped with :-
    Half a tub of Morrison's Coronation Chicken [ A 1st as only bought as reduced ]
    1 soft Fried Egg & 3 reheated Potato Roasties :p
    & 3 cherry tomatoes

    Later will be having 4-5 more Mixed Slaw SALADS + s/c ~ WITH things such as :-
    A WW's Sweet n sour Chicken & Rice / Ready Meal
    Lots of Houmous Cherry Tomatoes & Carved Ham
    Maybe some steamed hot Chicken - when I cook it up later for Leo + Bunny & co
    and ............... will probably finish the Coronation Chicken

    Fruit :-
    1 - 2 Crunchy Pears
    1 - 2 Nectarines
    Half a punnet of fresh Cherries [ 20 ]
    dunked into a tub of **Muller Light** Vanilla Yoghurt

    Drinking :-
    7 - 8 x 600ml Mugs of Peppermint tea

    Lunch: Lentil bake with sage, saute potatoes, a tomato, and spinach. Strawberry mousse. 2 cups of water
    Afternoon snack: 300ml cold milk and a Mars Bar
    Dinner: Chicken and mayo sandwich with a side salad of cucumber, mixed beans and carrots. Strawberry and melon cocktail with 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream. 2 cups of water
    Night snack: 300ml cold milk and 3 oat biscuits

    Yummy day for meals. :)

    Not much yesterday.
    Not really hungry plus we have a food shortage at the mo.

    I had the rest of the chips from the takeaway warmed up for dinner.
    Then we had another late tea and i just had a burger & chips.

    Had 2 Ryvitas with cheddar cheese & hot chilli sauce
    2 Ryvitas with Cheddar Cheese with a mixture of Raspberry Jam and Honey
    then 2 toasted Hovis Seed Sensations with Houmous -more Cheddar Lettuce & 4 cherry tomatoes
    Some Chunks of A NEW Morrison's Product = **Pulled Pork roast** with chilli sauce and cherry tomatoes
    Went onto filed twice 9am - 10 am AND 7pm till 8-15pm

    Began with overnight Cuddles with (((( Leo )))) till we ALL got up at 6am

    Then Kitties had some red Salmon :p

    1 Hour on the field 7-20am till 9-20am with the Doggies :kitty::):kitty:
    Been ** VERY Entertained for Last 2 hours** 9-30am Till 11-30am
    =FAB New Google Maps Showing **** 2009 >>> 2012 NEW OPTION STREET VIEWS **** & Maps Satellite & Photo Images etc ~ While pets all having a Peaceful Siesta ~

    During this time heard something VERY Heavy :o tumble down off my roof at the back ~ a roof tile ??

    Will be Eating **** Much LESS **** than Yesterday !!!!

    Will be having :-
    5 - 6 BIG Salads -With- Various things on top :-

    Pulled Pork & Sticky Sauce
    Carved Ham - Cherry tomatoes & Houmous
    A Portion of Fish / in a sauce [ defrosted ]
    2 Ryvitas with Cheddar Cheese & Hot chilli sauce
    Maybe 2 Ryvitas with that mix of Rapberry Jam & Honey

    Fruit :-
    2 pears
    2 nectarines
    20 fresh Cherries dunked AGAIN into Vanilla Yoghurt with EXTRA Vanilla extract :p

    Drinks :-
    7 - 8 x 600ml Mugs of Peppermint teas [ Tetley's ]

    So far, a few sips of low cal squash, and a caramelised pork/pickled carrot/cucumber/coriander baguette from the Vietnamese shop.

    For dinner I'll be having seasoned grilled chicken with something.

    techincally all i had yesterday was 4 slices of toast at 10am.

    But i had my tea very late at 3.20am and i basically just had chips.
    We are running low on sides. It doesn't count as yesterday but why not :p

    Yesterday I had two large bowls of chopped up fresh fruit with plain yogurt poured over it.
    For my evening meal I had a spicy chicken with lemon meal accompanied by lots of steamed veg.
    I am going out for a meal tonight so may have a nice dessert after my meal.
