9200T - Software Update

Has anyone else tried to get a sensible answer from Humax as to why they still have not got the software version 1.00.26 working for the 9200T.
They have had 1.00.26 ready for 9150T and 9300T since July 2011 (a year ago now).
1.00.26 fixes all of the following :-

- Improved accuracy for programmes that start early
- Resolve Individual Series Recordings disappearing from the schedule
- Improved schedule priority
- Improved Recording failures due to broadcaster changes
- Improved Network Change Descriptor process

It's a shame because it reflects badly on Humax as a company.
You forgot the addition of sometimes failing to record consecutive programmes on the same channel from STANDBY, maybe that's why we haven't seen v26 for the 9200. There's a long thread about it somewhere on here.
I have the 9150 and still have series recordings disappear from the recording schedule. Also still having the end of quite a few programmes cut off and have to go onto iplayer/itv player etc to watch the endings, very annoying!
