I don't see the point in it. Who would want to watch TV with their 6 year old sister/daughter and think dirty things!
Take ICarly on Nickelodeon:
On iCarly (Female Kids program on Nickelodeon), there was a scene where a girl helps a boy out of the bathroom (he's wearing a robe) and helps him into bed - then they "kiss" for 33 minutes.
On the door of his apartment is the room number "3=D".
Then there's a scene about how diabetics should suck lollypops with wrappers.

This was pretty much exactly what I was going to post. Whether it was 'real' or not, it's so, so funny.
Or I have a dirty mind:D
It was on-screen over a commercial break, but implied that it was for 33 minutes.
One I remember for the cartoon Animaniacs:
animaniac1: We need to find prints
animaniac2 is holding (the artist formally known as) Prince
animaniac2: I found Prince!
animaniac1: No FINGER prints!
Prince looks suggestivley at animaniac2
animaniac2: I don't think so...

I sense there is a problem that much broadcasting is unsubtle... and plain dumb now.
Of course I always have to be shown it....I can never spot it without a guide
Master Bates
Sea Men
Urban myth.
As is 'Puff The Magic Dragon'.
Seaman Staines.
Roger the Cabin Boy.
Hilarious...
Thanks for posting that - I'd never seen it and havent stopped laughing. It makes it even more ironic considering the relationship history of rod, jane & freddy!!
Anyway, I am off to find a twanger to play with....
Neither of whom existed.
Exactly, the Captain Pugwash thing is a massive urban myth.
Captain Pugwash.
Master Mates.
Pirate Willy.
Pirate Barnabus.
and the cabin boy, whose name I cannot remember, but it certainly wasn't Jack or Roger.
The creator of Pugwash, John Ryan, who died not so long ago, made a lot of money in 1991 after suing the Guardian and the Sunday Correspondent for repeating that urban myth - but he gave the money to the RNLI.
A few years ago Dominic Wood wore a T-shirt with the slogan "Morning Wood" on Dick n Dom in Da Bungalow. The BBC was not amused.
I think the urban myth started over the way that Captain pugwash used to say Master Mate. If you listen to the cartoon it could easily something else Ooh -errr
Isn't that just a case of being able to find something dirty in anything if you look hard enough (or are that way inclined )??
I think I found what you are talking about on youtube:

Doesn't seem bad to me? Plus, I think it is aimed at kids slightly older than 6!! I'd say it was probably aimed at 9-13 year olds.
