I think she choose boys instead of men, mainly because she wants to be the one who controls the relationship and Peter was the only one who wised up and left. The others all seem to cheat on her but she will just carry on picking the wrong ones. It's very unattractive the way she has no filter over her description of her sex life. It doesn't need to be aired on national TV and is just a an indication of how immature she is.
She's made a fortune on sensationalism and 'kiss and tell' so why anyone is surprised about what she is saying. Can't stand her and never will she is only interested in the fame and being in the public eye at any 'price'....sorry. Well, that doesn't last for ever and she can pay all the money she likes for things to make her look younger but it don't stop time.

Yes of course it could be editing to only show those conversations but seeing as the other HMs have commented that they are fed up of the convos about exes, I think that's all she has to offer.
