Maybe this has been said before but I haven't seen it.. Just thinking that maybe billy had the photos of Lucy from the post he was stealing ages ago!!! I thought I read somewhere that a few loose ends with old storylines would be cleared up!! Probably have it all wrong now but thought I'd join in 😄
Hello, welcome to the thread. I'm hoping they explain the photos and Billy. I don't think it's anything to do with Lucy's death, but Billy was acting a bit weird about them!
Denise uses a hammer to get the floorboard up in the Gods and Monsters trailer. Could that possibly be the murder weapon?
I was thinking about the murder weapon and whether there was actually one. Surely the police would've looked for one by now? I think someone hit her or she banged her head again on the wall so there is no weapon. I thought they would have least checked the Beales by now if there was a weapon.

But that doesn't necessarily rule him out.
Only if we assume that the ONLY people who could have received the text were the ones standing there.
I think that's what we're meant to assume though, due to the fact when Emma sent the text, a phone beeped. I think if we found out on the day, someone in the cafe who we didn't see got the text, thus the reason we heard it, we'd be a bit peeved!

Yes - I've looked for that too, but was unable to find it.
There's got to be something in it. Who would trash Patrick's? It wasn't even a burglary, was it? And why didn't she seem 'bothered' enough to call the police? Weird.
Could it have been someone who found out & was jealous of her and Fatboy's fling? Seems a bit of an over-reaction if so.
It's annoying when you want to find a episode.

Re Devon: I think that was when pater and a friend went swimming whilst hungover, and Peter pushed his friend to swim out further and he did, which resulted in his friend going missing.
I find Jane proposing to Ian odd, there's a plan behind it I'm sure.
Yeah Lee did, and that's how we know about Billy and Lucy arguing, but Ben also said the same to Phil, and told him something off screen.
Hmmm. If Ians longsighted I don't know what relevance that could have. Less, you'd think than if he were short sighted. Thankyou for clarifying.
Can't remember Ben saying anything phill. I remember Phil pushing billy to say something to the police about access to the flat, the keys I think it was. Can't remember clearly on that part.
I don't either, he may have mistaken someone for lucy?. I'm short sighted and can get away with not wearing glasses for reading, where as every time Ian is reading he wears his glasses. Also the Xmas episode he's wearing them, and when Cindy opens the box he pulls them down his nose and looks at Cindy over them ( if that makes sense?).
I can't make my mind up between Jane, Cindy Jnr, Abi, Max and Denise. The murderer needs to be someone who she has known for years and it needs to have a impact on other characters as well. Should we rule out Whitney, Les and Pam because of the music box?

Max and Abi I'd rule out. It'll be someone she's close to more than likely.
I have read Ian is set to put on a big proformance, as the killer or finding out and confronting the killer.
A lot of the press releases have made it sound like Ian. Walford will never be the same again. DTC saying it'll either be amazing or he will lose his job... They're the ones I can think of off the top of my head that speak of Ian to me.
There's also the anniversary thing. An original character.
Would they get rid of Ian though?! I doubt it. So, in terms of impact the next best thing is Jane. I'm discounting Peter because we were told so long ago he was leaving.
Cindy to Emma: "The music box is a sign from lucy" , "when I'm in the the house I can feel her"
. When asked if they talk about lucy still , that's when Cindy gets lost for words and Cindy walks off. So what is it that Ian and Jane been saying I wonder?.
This conversation is the one that sets Emma's suspisions off, and that's when she decides to get them all together in the Vic, which then leads her to working out who killed lucy.
