A romp but a good horror film at heart...

Plus a classic line from Peter Cushing.....

I thought it was a Hammer film - isn't it? I know all horror fans have been waiting for a good widescreen release for the last few years though.

Actually, seeing Telly Savalas in a British horror feels a little bit like listening to his voice-over in a film about 70s Birmingham:

He also 'visited' a few other beautiful and spectacular British cities, such as Aberdeen and Plymouth.

doesn't Mr Savalas die horribly with his eyes going all bloody? Remember that from the TV

his brother owned a restaurant down the road from us...

    I love this movie!

I saw it when I were but a nipper, on one of those BBC2 Saturday Horror Double Bills (another good reason to bring them back).

The frozen alien, the brain surgery, the bleeding eyes ... scared the bejaysus out of me!!

    Ah, happy days!!

Pretty good film. Not as good as the classic Hammer Horror films though. Parts of it seemed very fake and badly done.
