I had to kill the Think Tank in the end after exhausting diplomatic choices that were available to me.
Not done that in any of my 5 playthroughs. Speech always gets maxed out first. May do that next time around as I still need to do a hardcore playthrough on PS3.
Beaten the game for NCR though I didn't get to complete "You'll Know it When It Happens". I'll replay through again and try to get some trophies, first being the "You Run Barter Town".
Playing through Dead Money for the first time. I hate those collars. And the cloud thing. Also having followers that repeat the same thing over and over gets annoying for a while.
When I found out I wasn't going to have my stuff with me, I was well annoyed. It was difficult, specially those damn speakers. Felt soo good blasting the unshielded ones.
Managed to finish with all companions alive. Also done both things with that Elijah bloke (killed him and also trapped him in the vault - died after the first one).

And that gold. Only managed to carry 8 bars out.
I liked the fact that OWB & DM weren't just stand alone DLC. They linked with each other and the main game.
As for the vault,
I managed 11 bars but by that time I already had 350,000 caps anyway so wasn't fussed. Apparently there is a way to have it all. But I think that's PC only.

You can do it on a console.
Make sure you have the perk that lets you fast travel when over-encumbered.(long haul) then follow this procedure. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rYuJb0_TbwM
This is without a stealth boy, but if you have one,, its much easier using this method.
I had a screen of death last night... the pink screen of death.
I was doing some quests for the Brotherhood of Steel (setting them up for the NCR) and after I fast travelled from the REPCONN HQ to the hidden valley bunker, I saw a BOS patrol. I talked to one of them, then the screen went pink. Then after a few seconds it went to the screen (you know the one where it says loading trophy data) but said something about a "string not found" error. My guess is that it was trying to find a file or a bit of dialog but couldn't. Then it reset itself.
Here's the interesting bit though... when it reset itself, the game started up again, but pink screen again. The normal start up music was still playing though. Worked fine after I turned the PS3 off and then started it up again.

My favorite weapon so far is the bear trap claw.
