I'm totally anti-smoking - well I don't care if people smoke as long as they don't do it around me - however if Charlotte has given up eating her favourite unhealthy foods I think its more than fair that she has one vice.

Yes I'm in two minds on the matter, I know that when I cut out all the crap and I mean all of it and just go for the standard three meals and healthy ones at that I can drop weight easily, she has two kids so maybe the exercise she gets from looking after them is enough? Who knows, but the girl does look amazing I love her dress!

She probably hasn't been exercising. I think it's more likely that she's had certain 'treatments' and yes doesn't eat as much. A good dietician is better than any crazy training regime that she probably wouldn't want to do.

I do think Mrs Cole is very overrated, when there is something inexplicably cold and hard-faced about her.
