"Definitive" Doctor Who Companion Poll!

So recently there's been a couple of "definitive" rankings of the companions, either voted for in a completely unfair way OR chosen by one person.
So I thought as a community we could do our own "definitive" companion ranking!
I thought to make it fair, I'd do two polls and then combine the results at the end.
So, go and rate each companion out of ten at this link:

Bonus points for remembering the oft-overlooked Kamelion, and for including disputed companions. But I would question where Wilf is...

Oh my goodness, can't believe I forgot Wilf! It's because I put him on the first list initially then changed my mind and moved him; but forgot to move him!
I've just added an extra bit for Wilf - don't know if you can still get on the poll to do that?
Rated Classic Who ones as 10s and no-who as 1 but zero would make me happy

He he..when I first saw your post I was surprised you hadn't included the Brig.
I love the 70's early 80's Who. Jon and Tom were my era. But loving the series since it came back in 2005.

You should have just created a thread poll the way you have done it is very long winded people like things simple!

Hopefully it's okay to split the Claras. I resisted the temptation to fill the whole list with versions of Clara ;-)
It's not really long-winded; people are under no obligation to vote, it's just a bit of fun, and as there's over 100 votes so far, no-one else has had a problem with it; your opinion has been noted though.
I've always thought ranking out of ten was a much more accurate representation of opinion as it works out an average based on number of votes, not just the one who gets the most; usually resulting in a top ten dominated with purely new-Who characters, and not necessarily a fair survey. DS doesn't give the option of a ranking system unless I did it on a character by character basis; now that would be long-winded.
I imagine your poll will probably result in the same kind of top ten we always see, whereas mine will hopefully be a bit different because companion polls are rarely done this way.
But, each to their own I suppose. You enjoy your poll, and I'll enjoy mine.

There is a substantial gap between 2 and 3 in terms of how much I like them, and then another substantial gap between 5 and 6.
