Why don't they just release one song each from the final two contestants...?

And let them duke it out in the charts for a week to see who sells the most and thus gets to be declared winner? It would re-ignite those excitin' chart battles of my youth. :D

    Because, unless it was really close, midweeks would show who was going to win and make the whole thing (from a tv show point of view) useless
