[Torchwood: Miracle Day] 'End of the Road' - BBC1 9PM (UK Pace)

The Jack-centric episode proved a hit with DS readers, as 28.31% of polled users thought the episode was 'Excellent', while 24.60% thought it was 'Good'.

As we're nearing the end of the road (it was intentional, I swear) with Miracle Day, here's hoping the last few episodes are all great :D

    This is episode 8, so 2 more after tonight :) (agree about the Thursday thing - feels like it's a lot later in the week)

    i hope captain jack and this other character meeting doesn't spell another hour of gay propaganda, hopefully we can get back to the storyline in this episode...............

    Esther is just so annoying. I can't bear her. But at least Oswald is going to get to the end of his storyline soon. I"m still not sure what his storyline was for..

    I think its jumped the shark. Well at least MD has jumped with its plodding and rambling storyline.

    Its way, way too long for 1 story arc.

    Pretty good stuff this week in the main, though solid more than exceptional like last week was. Great to see Oswald and Jilly again.

    The only thing I can think of is that he's a "family" member (one of the "Costerdanes").

    Still feeling long and drawn out and I'm still waiting to see some proper aliens (not brain worms), but other than that, it wasn't too bad. I voted Good.

    This is just speculation, but sometime speculation can ruin one's enjoyment:
    Surely that piece of alien technology in his pocket will keep Jack alive?

    I thoroughly enjoyed that. It's all starting to become clearer and it feels a lot more like Torchwood now, albeit a different slant.

    Well they dragged that out to breaking point. And what's with the Star Trek cast-offs?

    Not impressed...again. I'm really not sure why I'm doggedly persisting with this. I guess I still want to know what the "miracle day" is all about.

    Loved it, everything is falling into place now and of course
    Jack will be fine and come back to life so long as he has the morphic field piece close to him.
