They do seem to prefer soft targets these days, like very old women and people who "hurt" people with harsh words on Twitter.
Rioters, blokes with knives or guns, no thanks.
A Gloucestershire police spokesman confirmed: ‘Advice has been given to all those who have participated in any planning of an unofficial cheese rolling event this coming bank holiday.’
The Mail making an issue out of nothing again.
You must have missed all the rioters locked up last year I presume., but it is easy to jump on a silly bandwagon and make daft comments.
The most mind boggling thing is the guy was claiming to be Muslim, yet looked and dressed like he belonged in a grime music video on channel AKA. Surely he should have had a beard and traditional Muslim dress? Especially if he takes it so seriously he's willing to be shot dead by the cops for it.
As far as I can gather they were simply 'on the radar'. There must be a reason behind that as I cannot see that MI5 would have everyone of Islamic faith 'on the radar'.....it would also be an almost impossible task.
For the reason above, and his hanging round with Choudary et al.

It was all kicking off in the last 24 hrs in Portsmouth too (where I am at uni at the moment). My two friends were beaten up by a few people while they were walking home (they were not white), and the people beating them up were ranting about religion during the beating. Also, all day today, there were police around the place as a group of people burnt down a shop in town and waited for people around the mosque.
Ridiculous. The air where we are is quite worrying at the moment. It's like people are looking for trouble.

In what respect? That article doesnt confirm he was headhunted(sorry bad phrase) by MI5. It just repeats what the "freind" said
"Police said there was no evidence he had been the victim of a robbery or a racist attack and they were puzzled by the motive".
Not really, all THAT does is confirm the Nigerian parts of the story - not the MI5 bits.
Yes, but a solicitor is saying it. Adds a bit more weight than just a mate saying it.

Not all Muslims dress the same you know?...

It's been posted many times. They don't know who stabbed him.
He may well be a lying git. How do you know he was telling the truth?
