I figured the other thread was preemptive, and now that the episode has aired, we could do with an aftershock one (though feel free to merge this with that if desired).
What did everyone think? I thought it was well done, all things considered. I thought the camera was going to pan out and show Capaldi as the the curator, rather than Baker (it would have made more sense). From a time point of view too (as Capaldi was there to save Gallifrey) shouldn't Smith's Doctor also forget everything that happened in this episode? Shouldn't all of them. I'm confused how the 12th Doctor would remember but the others wouldn't.
And Gallifrey is saved. Right. The scenes with the Master then. Anyone wish to take a crack at explaining that?

It was the fact that some idiot over there had a sound monitor up too loud instead of just directing to their earpieces.
So the sound went from here to there and then back here then back to over there. It was the world's biggest echo loop with a 5 second delay. The sound just built up, layer after layer until it was a mess.
So ends this technical nerds report.
Because like me you are doing anything to put off watching the recording of The X Factor you made earlier?
It's also a good opportunity for a load of 'celebs' to get their fizzogs on the screen for a bit. :yawn:
