He left the UK for Singapore.
We should be throwing as much bonus at him as possible, so we can get him back in the UK.
I've not heard of Mr Casey, maybe he is one of the handful of bankers who are worth paying a lot, but throwing money at all of them isn't a good idea, as we've seen.

I think Hester's reputation is going to be seriously tarnished in time, probably starting with the outcome of the inquiries into Global Recovery Group, started under his tenure.
