Saw episode one of season two last night, I hope it improves as I found it dragged... too much time spent filling in new viewers :o:(

I'm just relieved it's finally done, Mrs T....it seemed surreal handing over the keys and knowing I would never see the house again....but I took a cutting of my dad's memorial rose tree to try and root, as a souvenir!

I had something of a love hate relationship with dad....he always wanted a boy and what he got was me....I spent my childhood in shorts with cropped hair dangling out of trees and playing cricket in the street trying to make up for it

Awwwww Twass, that is a lovely thing to do and strange as my dad loved roses and had a garden of them :)

It is done now, it's over and sorted but you have your memories ;)

It's weird but in all my dreams I am in that house, not the house I spent 30 years in with the ex or this little house either....just that one!! Splint always dreams of his parents house where he grew up, too. Is this unusual??

Neither of my parents liked children... but after having three or five I can say my Da is certainly better at fatherhood than he was ;):D

That is because you feel that is home Twass, no other explanation, it must be where you felt loved..........Splintz loves you but childhood love must be different.

    :)

That is my daft idea :D
