Ah, just checked Wikipedia. It seems that some are still using it, mainly in developing world.
Its my dads job to fix them, and i am sure there are a few. The newer colour ones with the adverts on run Windows.

Can still get Office 2003 pro for just £49 on Amazon UK which is before the ribbon and in my opinion is the best version MS made.
