Is the free Sky BB Unlimited advert FOR ALL Sky Sports customers misleading?

It says Sky Unlimited BB free for 2 years FOR ALL Sky Sports customers, yet when you try to get this, if you are standard BB, then whether you are a Sky Sports customer or not the 'ALL' does not apply, and its £10 pm for 40GB !
It does say this if you delve right into the small print about 3/4 way down the T&C page !
Odd but BT also have 'Unlimited' but does not need Fibre !

40GB for £10 is if you are not in the sky network area
It is free unlimited if your exchange has sky equipment installed far as i can read.
