  Yes it does and very well too.You'll find many recommendations on here
  
  Just be careful of any other things they try to get you to install and always choose 'Custom' (unticking the options) and not 'Recommended' installation

  freemake is a decent product.
  
  it's kind of idiot proof. the price you pay for that though is it's not very customisable. definitely works though.

  DeVeDe is pretty much idiotproof although it only creates an image, which can be burned with any burning app which takes your fancy.

  Another vote for freemake, I use it regularly and haven't had any problems.
