Once you see the mummy, you only have 66 seconds to live. The Doctor races against time.

I've put the DWM synopsis in spoiler tags just in case.
The famous Orient Express, thundering along on its journey across space, came to a sudden stop. The hyperspace ribbons under its wheels faded and it began to float, engines dead. Everything was deathly quiet. “And the facade drops away,” murmured the Doctor, delighted. Upon which, he found himself very much wanted. For on the Orient Express murder had been committed. And the murderer was still on board! The Doctor investigates. He raises his mighty eyebrows and thinks – with his little grey cells…

Looking forward to this and the preview clip has made me think this will be something special. Bring it on! :D

No Clara this week. I like her character but I find her plots boring and it has to be way too much about her and her boring boyfriend Danny Pink.

    I see that it's at 8:35 rather than 8:30.
    Well then... start the clock.

I am looking forward to this episode, despite the amusing marketing.

Seems our good friend is still inactive, perhaps there will be a civilized start to this thread :)

A few reviews I have read say that the ending could divide fans again. They said that about Listen though and I believe they were mostly positive. Remember, this is the script that made Moffat want Jamie Mathieson to write another for series 8 (Flatline), so it must be good! As always, I'm entering with an open mind.

I was going to say that. :D

If the show is as good as that double parter I will be very pleased.

The spoiler last week remined me of an old '70s Christopher Lee/Peter Cushing flick - Horror Express I wonder if the monster is of the same ilk?:)

the previews actually have me a bit terrified...Mummies and spiritual things tend to freak me a bit and this mummy looks terrifying, I couldnt watch the whole first scene the BBC teased!

But i cannot wait...I love these horrific beasts the Doctor faces every week...the Moff has really outdone himself this year! making us scared of practically everything.

Can't get my excitement flowing for this one for some reason. I get the feeling it's going to be a bit silly. Mind you I was mega excited last week and upon rewatching that wasn't as great as I thought it'd be. So hopefully my lack of massive crazy enthusiasm makes it better to watch.
