I-River H10 firmware?

Bought the new H10 and installed iriverplus etc but i got a box saying firmware upgraded to 2.0 do i want to proceed? So i clicked on yes and it only went halfway then i got a box stating that 'network problems may be preventing this download' and it stops. Its been doing this for 4 days now.
Ive been to the iriver europe site but no help on there except a link to download the upgrade ONLY for items bought in North America.
Any ideas on when or where Ill be able to get this?
