  Queen - Madonna
  Prince - Justin Timberlake
  Princess - Britney
  
  My current 'royal family of pop' though is:
  
  King - Jason Derulo
  Queen - Lady Gaga
  Prince - Justin Bieber
  Princess - Pixie Lott or........ Rachel Furner perhaps?! :cool:

  We've actually had artists with all the names:-
  
  Queen - Freddie Mercury & Co (plus Queen Latifah).
  King - hits included 'Love & Pride' and 'Taste of Your Tears'.
  Prince - shortest man in music?
  Princess - Songs such as 'Say I'm Your No 1' and 'I'll Keep On Loving You'.
  
  Plus we also have Fergie with 'Big Girls Don't Cry'.
  'Dirty Diana' courtesy of Michael Jackson
  That duo who had 'Would I Lie To You' - Charles & Eddie
  
  Quite a royal list.

  I agree that the royal trinity of Madonna, MJ and Britney will never change. The titles were created for them and upon their deaths there won't be any upgrading or replacing. It's done.
  
  Even if someone like Lady Gaga becomes one of the biggest stars in pop and totally outshines Britney, I don't see it changing.

  The King and/or Queen reign supreme even after they're deceased, therefore princes and princesses are of no significance.

  Me too, but this is a pretty American view if you ask me. From a more balanced global point of view, I believe Kylie should at least be a Grand Duchess.

  Maybe Usher? I mean he has a long career spanning 15 years and has quite impressive sales for the majority of his albums.
  
  By the way, britney hasn't reached 100 million records. She has sold about 85 million records which it's self is huge and she had already sold 30 million before she was old enough to legally drink alcohol.

  I would agree that Usher is more prince than Justin. Justin could have been but he hasn't released enough material. Usher has been pretty constant.

  and yeah The King of Rock N' Roll is Elvis, but i put him as king 'cause i do dearly love him! but MJ is definitely King!
