The General View is probably:
Queen = Madonna
King = Michael Jackson
Princess = Britney Spears
Prince = Justin Timberlake
Do you agree with this? I personally have no idea why Justin Timberlake is regarded with any sort of honorific title as he's only had 2 albums.
Who do you think are the royal family/Who are your royal family?

Prince - Elvis
Who My Royal Family is
Queen - Kylie Minogue
King -
Princess - Lady GaGa
Prince -
Too be honest the male artists i like are not that my much of my fav to be considered king or Prince of my pop world.
Queen-Britney
King-Elvis
Princesses-Christina,Gwen,Rihanna,Janet Jackson,Kylie and P!nk
Prince-Justin Timberlake,Ne-Yo,Michael Jackson(controversial!)
Jesters-Gaga, 'cause no matter what she'll wear something funny! & Cyndi Lauper,Cher and Grace Jones
that is my ideal ^^^^
the real one-
Queen-MADONNA
King-MJ
Princess-BRITNEY/Kylie(always mentioned so deserve a tie,Kylie's 4 decades and Britney's 100 million and icon of a generation)
Prince-Justin
King - MJ
Queen - Madonna
Prince - Justin Timberlake
Princess - Britney
My current 'royal family of pop' though is:
King - Jason Derulo
Queen - Lady Gaga
Prince - Justin Bieber
Princess - Pixie Lott or........ Rachel Furner perhaps?! :cool:
We've actually had artists with all the names:-
Queen - Freddie Mercury & Co (plus Queen Latifah).
King - hits included 'Love & Pride' and 'Taste of Your Tears'.
Prince - shortest man in music?
Princess - Songs such as 'Say I'm Your No 1' and 'I'll Keep On Loving You'.
Plus we also have Fergie with 'Big Girls Don't Cry'.
'Dirty Diana' courtesy of Michael Jackson
That duo who had 'Would I Lie To You' - Charles & Eddie
Quite a royal list.
Yikes! :eek:
*Queen Madonna reaches the grand old age of 100 and dusts down her zimmer frame. She gives up her throne and passes it on to Prince Justin Bieber!* :eek:
Be afraid - be very afraid!
Queen of Pop = Lady Gaga.
King: Michael Jackson
Queen: Madonna
Princess: Lady Gaga
Prince: Don't really know
King: Michael Jackson
Princess: Britney Spears
That is it. There is no Prince tbh, and those rankings will never change, madonna will always be the Queen, Michael always the King and Britney always the Princess - no artists will come close to these three in terms of sales and iconic status in the generations to come.
I kind of have to agree!
Yeah, I agree. But the people mentioning Elvis, he is just `The King` isn`t he?
Even if someone like Lady Gaga becomes one of the biggest stars in pop and totally outshines Britney, I don't see it changing.
King- Michael Jackson OR David Bowie (love them both.not fussed).
Princess - Lady Gaga/Kylie (when you think about it..Kyle has always had that title)
Prince - Maybe Justin Timberlake...DEFFIANTLY NOT BIEBEER!
Queen: Madonna
Heiress Apparent: Lady Gaga
Princesses: Britney and Kylie
Well not of pop, he's the 'King of Rock and Roll'!
This.
I also agree with this post. Hate it when people say JT is the Prince of Pop... I honestly don't see it
King - MJ
Queen - Madonna, I guess
He is the only solo artist that I'd give such a title!... so I don't have a queen etc.
Me too, but this is a pretty American view if you ask me. From a more balanced global point of view, I believe Kylie should at least be a Grand Duchess.
Maybe Usher? I mean he has a long career spanning 15 years and has quite impressive sales for the majority of his albums.
By the way, britney hasn't reached 100 million records. She has sold about 85 million records which it's self is huge and she had already sold 30 million before she was old enough to legally drink alcohol.
^^^ agreed!
and yeah The King of Rock N' Roll is Elvis, but i put him as king 'cause i do dearly love him! but MJ is definitely King!
also i would say Prince could well indeed be the Prince if he was consistent enough really!
