Marvel, Thanos & Earth
I'm beginning to think we could do with a working comic book film sub section of the forums here... 
Anyhow, a question on Thanos; what is his interest in Earth? I get that he wants all of the Infinity Stones, though what's so special about Earth?
The Space Stone (Tesseract) is on Asgard (though previously on Earth)
The Mind Stone is now on Earth, after Thanos foolishly loaned it to Loki
The Reality Stone currently (presumably) resides with the Collector
The Power Stone is under protection on Xandar
The Time Stone (has been confirmed) to appear in Doctor Strange (though it's uncertain whether this will be on Earth, another planet, or another dimension entirely).
The Soul Stone is the only one presently unaccounted for (if I'm right?)
Therefore, with only two of the six stones confirmed to be on Earth, why does Thanos seem to have such an interest in our little blue world?
