Prometheus (first watch) - I thought the first hour was alright, but then it descended into ridiculous hysterical gibberish. I'll probably watch it again, though! It certainly looked good.
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom - Hadn't seen this one for many years. Wanted to 're-evaluate' it. I don't think it's a very good film. The opening bit is enjoyable, as is the stuntwork towards the end, but I don't think I'll watch it again.
Hard to rate this one as it is no doubt terrible in terms of film-making, but it's still extremely entertaining. In terms of the quality of the film-making alone, an honest rating would be something like 3/10.
Prometheus - watched this for the third time and I know it's deeply flawed but I just love the premise, the visuals and the performances from Fassbender and Noomi Rapace.
8/10
Kill List - One of the most brilliantly uncomfortable films I've ever seen.
Just started watching Total Recall (2012). Was (2012) part of the title or are they just assuming I can't read a calendar? Anyhow, everything I seen, read or been told is that it's a stinker.
I switched off after 30 mins because the Copa Del Rey was on but I intend to go back as I thought the first 30 minutes were excellent.
Well I watched the rest of it last night. I thought this was excellent overall. Entertaining and numerous nods to the original arnie film/maybe the book?
Star Trek Into Darkness - 9/10 - Loved it immensely. Benedict Cumberbatch is brilliant. I always knew he was a great actor, but following his performance in this, I think he will be in huge demand from now on.
I just finished watching it and I really enjoyed it. It's a strangely cheerful, fast-paced film about a NYC bike messenger (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) who's in a race against time to deliver a package. A lot of flashbacks are mixed in to complete the story. If you're a big fan of New York City then this film is a treat. About 90% of it is biking around Manhattan on a gloriously sunny day.

Excellent film mainly for the acting, well worth a look.
Fairly good dark comedy, didn't like the ending though.

Tempting fate having the "bad" in the title. Full of obvious gags.
Perhaps I'm missing something but I wasn't gripped by the story and found the main character quite unlikeable.
