On Demand Problem

Since my box updated to RO10...13P software it's having difficulty connecting to on demand. It connects to the router OK but most of the time shows 'fail' in the on demand field. Connection to router is OK and the box gets an IP address.

This is using homeplugs. I couldn't connect to on demand at all using the Sky wireless connector.

Anyone else have this - is it a known issue?

    Same problem here, On Demand hasn't worked for months. It was working before the last software update. Virgin Broadband router (wired connection).
