BIB...i love sprouts too. I have been known to steam a bowlful and eat them with just gravy.
I've got frozen ones in the freezer but they never seem to cook properly.

Now eating ryvita thins with coarse pate and cornichons and jalepeno stuffed olives.

A full bowl of Mash - sprouts - 3 sossies & red onion gravy

Medium bowl filled with frozen Mashed potato - shaped in rolls - about 20 of them
then put about 40 frozen Brussel sprouts on top
then added 3 defrosted *Signature* Pork & Sweet chilli sossies
[ Each pack of 6 *top class sossies* were £2.99 - Reduced to 99p Got 4 packs in various flavours & bagged 3 to a bag 7 put in the freezer ]

Put lid on and cooked it all for 10 mins in the microwave

Then poured a small pot of gravy made up from 2 heaped tsps Vegetarian gravy granules - I also added some Thai 7 spice to the granules -
and some finely cut red onion - before mixing in just enough boiling water
