Lionel Blair would go to the opening of an envelope so quite believe he would go in there and he is so damned annoying CBB is ideal for him.
I'd lean more towards either Cheryl Baker, Sonia, Gina G or Javine Hylton. They seem to fit the BB mould better.
That lady who recently sued Lord Sugar was rumoured to be going in the house also. So it could also be her.

Thing is, it says "musical theatre star". Whilst Mel C has done some theatre (Blood Brothers and JCS), surely they'd focus on the fact that she was in one of the biggest girl groups in the world?
Perhaps it could be someone like Barbara Dickson? Or Petula Clark? Of course, it doesn't say that s/he played Mrs Johnstone.

Pellow is currently starring in Evita UK Tour. Saying that, performances don't start again until 22nd Jan, so depending on when CBB ends it is a possibility. But again, wouldn't they want to shout the fact he was in Wet Wet Wet instead?

I'm thinking Dickson. Blood Brothers is primarily what she is famous for. The hint says a "musical star", which suggests that it wasn't just a one off thing (so that rules out people like Antony Costa). She's also going on tour for most of this year (funnily, January and August seems to be her only 2 months off according to her official site...)
What about Kiki Dee? She played Mrs Johnstone and was even on a cast album for the show. But once again, surely they'd want to talk about their bigger success?
There is also Lyn Paul. She represented us in Eurovision also (came 2nd).
There are also the Nolan sisters. The majority (if not all?) have been in it at some point. Which ones haven't been in CBB yet? :P
