god knows why simon/syco didn't fork out for her, really thought they would since fleur was his favourite.
Dancers make a lot to a performance, only 2 was needed tbh.
They don't really do that before they sign the artist - if fleur performs there after establishment she will probably have the Alex treatment same for Ben etc!

Alex is independent, she funds her own performances ATM.
I really hope that she gets signed by a major record company other than Syco to be honest.

I think Syco will take her down the wrong route but whatever happens, a record label is a record label. So hopefully she just gets to do what she wants everyday!

Good points. The most important thing for her is that she gets chance to put plenty of her own imput into what she does. She has had a lot of experience, so i am pretty sure she will know which route that she wants to take.
