Big shock this one for me! Seems he was unable to recover from knee surgery.........Must be really hard for the guy at that age.

    Shame, when he first came on the scene I thought he was really going to nail down the England scrum half position for a few years..

    These Union types usually do okay, he'll probably go and become a stockbroker or a lawyer or something now.
