    tonight was a bit naff as i had to work late but tomorrow is roast tandoori chicken, just marinated it and it smells lovely!

    Tonight I am going to stir-fry some steak with peppers, red onion, chilli and a little balsamic vinegar and serve with home made coleslaw and wedges.

    Having the beef stew tonight instead now as it wasn't going to be ready in time! Had the picky bits which we were supposed to have Friday but we had a power cut - we will have something we planned having on the night soon i hope!

    I had 2 bean burgers with nothing but wasn't satisfied so 2 cakes later still not happy so cheesy nachoes.

    Tonight stuffed mushrooms with pasta and mushroom sauce? Overkill on mushrooms? I'm basically using cambells soup which doesn't exist anymore so baxters I think it is now, the concentrated or condensed soup whatever its called
