"Movies For Men" is Back!

I lost the signal for these two channels a couple of weeks ago.

I tried retuning my TV but it couldn't find it. But fortunately I still had it on my PVR, although it kept saying "bad or no signal." Checking every few days, it came back again a couple of days ago on the PVR and I've since re-tuned the TV to get it on there too.

It has now returned at twice the signal strength it enjoyed previously (but only 50% of other channels). But the picture clarity is much improved.

The suggestion on other boards was that the signal is much affected by atmospheric conditions, which could cause its loss. But maybe the output levels have since been increased?

FreeView Channels 51 and (52 is plus 1)

Some good vintage films on in the afternoons, don't bother with the late night ones as they're pretty awful soft porn (so I'm told!)

Oh ok I thought it would be a decent channel with good films. I'm not here in the day time and evening is rubbish you say? Think I'll give it a miss lol

Movies for men is only available on freeview in parts of Manchester. Picture quality is dreadful. Hopefully the quality is better via satellite (channels 325/326 I'm told).

It was dreadful, until it disappeared for a couple of weeks, now it's not too bad.

What's more important, "rubbish films in HD?"
It least it's a channel with some films on it that haven't actually been repeated as often as they are, on other channels.
