Your comment is interesting (I agree) in light of a remark my cousin made this last weekend. In his day he was a Musical Director at his university and his daughter is following in his footsteps so he pays attention to these sorts of things. He said "a capella is really becoming a thing now". I dont know if he meant just for choral groups or in the general public, but the interest in Pentatonix would support that idea. LM is well positioned to take advantage of that if they arrange their songs correctly.

I'm so much more excited for album 3 now! Their harmonies are so good, and Jade and Perrie absolutely blew me out of the water. These girls are incredible.
So, I know its been through the production system afterwards, but the bit with Jesy and Jade messing with the jumper was too difficult to mime in my eyes, as well as the sounds from the tambourine girl as she clapped and cheered at the end, so this would seem to have been recorded live in one go right there.
Which is very impressive indeed. (Growing up on doo-wop, I must say I prefer that to the overproduced stuff that will be on the album but is needed for commercial success)

Agree 100%. You could hear a few moments throughout that it was raw, live on the spot and not heavily-tampered with, and I love those moments because it makes the music more immediate. They could put out a studio version and I'd pay for it because I love it so much.

Their vocals are amazing on this cover, good god. Their progression whilst recording album 3 is incredible.
Although why do they need to do those accents? There's a time and a place for it! It just ruins it a little!
