Missing planets

Really sorry if anyone has already suggested this.
All of the newly re-discovered lost planets have been mentioned in the series so far.
But one missing/lost/presumed destroyed planet that regularly gets mentioned does not appear to be in amongst those which have been re-discovered.
And that planet is Gallifrey.
What if it hasn't been destroyed and the Doctor isn't the last of the Time Lords. Maybe it too has been shunted forwards by a second.
Maybe that would lead to an interesting 'what..what!...WHAT!!' scene at the end.
