Chocolate Fountain

We're doing a chocolate fountain for my wedding. But I really dislike the idea of adding oil to chocolate. Yuk.

I'm a major chocoholic and it'll completely ruin the texture and leave an oily film.


Any other recipe ideas that might work? I reckon single cream and a decent splash of either rum or brandy?

    you can get a special kind of chocolat from thorntons thats ready to be melted straight away for the fountain, no need for any oil

    normal cooking chocolate etc is far too thick for the foutain to work properly.
