So who's doing the 30 day Squat Challenge?
You start by doing 50 squats a day, by day 30 you should being doing around 250 squats.

I've just started doing it today. I managed to do 50. My thighs and lower back is aching a bit now. I'm doing the challenge because my legs aren't very strong. My driving Instructor told me to do the challenge as it will help. Well I hope it helps.

So who else is doing this, or has done it?
For the ones who have done this, does it work?

You shouldn't really be working the same muscle groups on consecutive days. The muscles need imo to recover, specially the big leg muscles.

I did do it but I'm pretty sure I forgot to carry on after about 10 days!

You do rest every 3 days or so, not sure if that's the 'right' thing to do though...

Who's your driving instructor, Fred Flintsone?

It's because my left leg isn't strong enough to hold the clutch down for too long.

Hang on I just read the driving bit!

I'm no personal trainer... Or driving instructor... But would anyone who is care to explain to me how squats would make driving any different? I can't see it myself?

It's suppose to strengthen your legs. I don't know if it will actually work though.

Imagine all the split trousers this will produce; it's a terrible waste of money.

And as for the driving instructor, I'd check his credentials if I were you.

Dunno I have the weakest legs ever and struggle with squats because of it but I don't find the clutch a problem at all?

Take it out of gear and take your foot off the clutch.
