Today is Thanksgiving in the US, which is the high holy holiday of foodstuffs here. Roast (or deep fried whole) turkey with all the trimming. There are loads of different dishes and desserts that people make. We're having turkey, roasted potatoes, corn casserole, green bean casserole, bread rolls, stuffing, gravy, pecan and sweet potato pies, and the obligatory green salad that is neglected.

Waaaay too much food for how many people are here, but we will eat until we're bursting and sit around chatting, laughing and enjoying our friendship and good fortune. :D hope you all have a wonderful day.
